A Colorado native, Trent Christner was born in Denver and raised in Douglas County, where he developed a strong appreciation for hard work, craftsmanship, and the outdoors from an early age.

After completing his certificate from the Motorcycle Mechanics Institute in Arizona, Trent answered the call to serve and enlisted in the United States Army. During his military service, he earned the prestigious Ranger qualification and developed the leadership, discipline, and attention to detail that continue to guide his professional career today.

Following his active-duty service, Trent returned to Colorado and pursued a degree in Construction Management at Colorado State University in Fort Collins. While attending CSU, he met his wife, and together they have built a life centered around family, service, and community. After graduating, Trent continued his commitment to serving his country by joining the Army National Guard before later transferring to the Air National Guard, where he currently serves out of Buckley Space Force Base.

As the owner of TLC Services, Trent combines his military leadership experience with formal construction education and hands-on industry expertise to deliver high-quality residential and commercial projects. He is passionate about helping clients bring their vision to life and takes pride in building lasting relationships through honesty, communication, and exceptional workmanship.

When he's not managing projects or serving in uniform, Trent enjoys riding dirt bikes and traveling locally and globally with his wife and daughter. His commitment to excellence, both in service and in business, is the foundation of everything he does.

Mike Joslin has called Colorado home for virtually his entire life. Born in Flint, Michigan, he moved to Douglas County when he was just six months old and has been part of the local community ever since.

After attending Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado, Mike went on to play semi-professional rugby with the Glendale Raptors. The discipline, teamwork, and commitment he developed through athletics continue to influence his approach to both business and life.

Mike began his career in the construction industry specializing in roofing, where he built a strong foundation in residential construction. Over the years, he expanded his expertise across multiple trades, developing the skills and experience that ultimately led him to become a general contractor. Today, he works alongside his brother, Trent, helping homeowners bring their vision to life through high-quality remodeling, renovation, and construction projects.

As a husband and proud father of two daughters, Mike understands the importance of creating functional, comfortable spaces where families can thrive. When he's not managing projects or meeting with clients, you'll often find him on the soccer field coaching youth soccer and supporting his girls in their activities. His dedication to family, community, and craftsmanship is reflected in every project he takes on.
